Here's a fact: I've struggled with bad skin since puberty. Besides accutane (the mother of all acne drugs), I've also tried every pill, cream and ointment invented by dermatologists. Trust me, it ain't always pretty, folks.
I hate, hate, hate putting all these chemicals into or onto my body, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of other options. Well, until I read this article. A normal gal with bad skin (not a scientist or doctor, for the record) tried to clear up her face by only using things she could also eat (like honey, olive oil, coffee grounds, egg whites, vodka, etc.)... and it's working for her.
So, I'm considering doing the same. Maybe for a week? Or a month? Just to see if it helps at all. But, what do you think? Am I completely crazy? Or, should I go for it? Thoughts appreciated. :)
